  • I focus on how these elements interact with each other and can lead to good sleep patterns.
  • By making small manageable changes to various areas of your child's day (and night), I can greatly improve sleep in a manner which is gentle, responsive and age-appropriate.
  • For many parents , understanding their child's sleep and adapting to new patterns and behaviours can be one of the biggest challenges in those early years.

Hi, I'm Katrina a Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant

I completed my training through Baby Sleep Consultant Training. This is a holistic science and evidence based competency approved programme formulated by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. I have also completed a Health Academy Children's Nutrition course so that I can give advice on how to feed your child a healthy diet. I have an up-to-date First Aid certificate too.

  • Better naps - Age appropriate nap routine with a detailed trouble shooting to help your baby settle easier and nap for longer periods and at more predictable times.
  • Settling - your choice of settling and self-settling techniques that are age appropriate, responsive and effective.
  • Night sleep - Reduce your child's night wakes by making positive changes to their day sleep. Give your child the best possible chance of sleeping well.
  • Contingency plan - every step on what to do when things go wrong as I know some days are harder than others.
