You will get 1-on-1 support via email. Based on the intake form you will be required to fill in - I will suggest adjustments and ideas to help your child sleep.

I'll provide you with evidence-based sleep assessments along with lot's of useful informative handouts.

Ideal for those families who cannot receive in-home support, yet still want the support, education and coaching:

  • An age-appropriate nap routine
  • Appropriate awake times
  • Good nutrition
  • Hygiene and safe sleep environment knowledge
  • Sleeping techniques, (step by step)
  • Transitioning naps
  • Guidance through teaching your baby to sleep
  • Swaddling techniques/sleep sack

2 week follow up support via email.

Upon purchasing, you'll receive an email with a link for an Intake Form to complete. This will help me get to know your child and their sleep habits and areas that maybe of concern. This all helps towards formulating a personal plan for you.

From here I will contact you via email to go over the Intake Form before developing a unique sleep plan for your personal needs.

After this, I will provide you with 2 weeks support via email to help you through this. It may fall into place immediately, or it may take a few days, or you might rely on me throughout the whole 2 week support period. I'm here for you!
